"Accept Software has built a framework for product planning that links customer requirements -- what AMR Research calls the Concept Bill of Materials (CBOM) -- down to and through product planning parameters, including resources, launch schedules, and project milestones. Look still deeper, and the framework takes another critical step, namely linking the CBOM back up to product platform and technology strategy. This vision comes pretty close to the ideal PPM stack of portfolio on top of program on top of project."
